6)      #6 Road – Water Extension to Mrs. Dickhaut property.
         (Estimate required)

7)      Re-Structure Loan Bonding – Municipal Solution
        (looking into better interest rates)

8)      Transfers & Amendments

9)      Adopt Resolution on Procurement Policy & Ethics Policy

10)   Mr. Donald Holmes is asking Board to waive a penalty at $12.98
